Ledvaro
We swapped the spreadsheets for one system that holds the whole operation together.
About the project
Ledvaro is an operations platform for service companies that send people out on jobs for many customers. It brings scheduling, staffing, documents and customer records into one system — replacing spreadsheets and a shared calendar.
We built the platform and continue to develop it together with our client, adding new features as the business grows.

We took Ledvaro from the first sketch to a platform in daily use: design, interface, backend, roles and permissions.

Try Ledvaro in miniature
A small replica of Ledvaro's project view, built with made-up test data. Search the jobs, hide the completed ones, duplicate a project or add a new one. Nothing is saved, and the demo resets when you reload the page.
Tip: the duplicate button at the end of a row copies the project — you just pick new dates.
