About the project
SwiftKeepers is a mobile app for freelancers, small business owners and consultants. Take a photo of a receipt or invoice and the AI reads it in a few seconds, filling in date, amount, merchant and category — you check it and save.
Receipts rarely get filed in time, so the whole app is built around the seconds it takes to photograph one — the AI handles the rest. It is our own product, the work is ongoing, and the Android version is out while iOS is on its way.

Our own product — and we keep building it.
Built by us, from scratch
The idea, the design, the app and the backend are ours — all the way out to Google Play, with the iOS version on its way.
AI where it earns its place
The AI reads the receipt and suggests date, amount, merchant and category. The user checks it and saves.
Work in progress
New features, better recognition and more export formats are added as we go — and the iOS release is next.
